Terms of Service

Last updated July 21, 2026

By creating an account or using Stokpot, you agree to these terms.

The service

Stokpot helps you track kitchen inventory, save recipes, build shopping lists, and see what you can cook from what you already have. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. Let us know at support@stokpot.ca if you think someone else has access to it.

Your content

You own the recipes, inventory data, and shopping lists you create. By using the app, you give us permission to store and process that content solely to provide the service back to you โ€” we don't use it for anything else.

Acceptable use

Don't use Stokpot to do anything illegal, to abuse or overload the service, or to try to access another user's account or data without permission.

Recipe and nutrition information

Recipe details, ingredient quantities, and any nutrition figures in the app are user-entered and not independently verified. Stokpot isn't a source of medical, dietary, or food-safety advice โ€” use your own judgment, especially around allergens and food safety.

No warranty

Stokpot is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Stokpot isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada.

Changes

If these terms change meaningfully, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
